Hitting Life with a 1 Iron

Day 12 - Day 12. Sheldon Montgomery is 86-years-old. And as curious as a cat. Sheldon has a way of looking at you that makes you feel he's looking right through you...in a good way. I believe he sees the best in people and always "sings" the positive refrain. He has dignity, grace and his laugh will warm your heart. Lately Sheldon has taken to walking with a golf putter to help him move along. I asked him if he had a 1 Iron. He said he suppose he might. Somewhere. But, it was a tough Iron to play golf with. And he asked why. I told him I'd heard that only God and Arnold Palmer could hit a 1 Iron and maybe it was time to add Sheldon Montgomery to the list. Sheldon laughed, and it warmed my heart.
